Planked Asparagus with Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
28 Asparagus stalks trimmed1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (packed in oil) drained, oil reserved1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Serves 4

Preheah plank 350 degree oven

Arrange spears on plank. Brush with lemon juice and 1 tbsp reserved oil. season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes over the top. Roast for 20 minutes.
