Ingredients
Swiss chardOnionGreen chili pepperoilsalt
Directions
Shred chard with your hands (do not use a knife). Saute chopped onions and chopped green chili peppers in oil, add chard after onions turn yellow/pink, toss well and add about 2 tsps of salt. Cover and let steam on a low flame, checking every few minutes to make sure it is not too dry and to check salt. Be careful not to over-salt. Do not overcook as greens are best when somewhat underdone.
