Avocados, California (Haas), 2 fruit without skin and seeds Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 Italian tomato *Onion, red, .5 cup *Cilantro Leaves, 1 cup Feta Cheese, 4 oz 1/4 c. olive oil*Pompeian Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp *Kosher Salt, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
Combined the choped avocado, chopped tomatoes and onion in a bowl . Mix gently. Stir in the Cilantro. Add feta cheese, olive oil, vinegar, cumin and salt. Mix until combined. Chill, covered in frig. Serve with pita wedges, tortilla chips or crosini. Serves 20
