Gluten free chocolate chip banana bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt- Oiko's greek 1/4 c. oil1/2 c. turbinado sugar3/4 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1 tsp vanilla1 1/2 c mashed bananas1/4 c honey1 3/4 c Arrowhead Mills gluten free baking mix2/3 c mini chocolate chips1 tsp xanthan gum
Directions
Beat together yogurt, oil, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla in a bowl until smooth. Add the mashed banana and honey beating until smooth. Add the flour, xanthan gum and chocolate chips, stirring just until combined. Spoon batter in pan and let rest for 10 minutes. bake the bread for 50 minutes, then lay a piece of foil across the top and bake until tester comes out clean- 10 to 15 minutes more.
