Quinoa Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1/4 cup quinoa1/2 chicken stock1 tsp olive oil1 small onion, chopped1 large clove garlic, chopped1 (20 ounce) package 99% fat free ground turkey1 tablespoon tomato paste1 tbsp hot pepper sauce3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce2 egg whites1 tsp salt1 tsp ground black pepper2 tbsp brown sugar2 tbsp HP Sauce(or Worcestershire sauce)
Directions
1) Cook quinoa per directions with the chicken stock. Set aside and let cool.
2) Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F
3) Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil(Tip: if the tsp of oil is not enough: add a splash of chicken stock)
4) Stir the turkey, cooked quinoa, onions, tomato paste, hot sauce, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire, egg white, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. The mixture will be very moist. Place in loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
6) Mix HP(or Worcestershire sauce) with brown sugar and a tsp of water and spread over the top of the loaf.
7) Bake approx 50 minutes or until the core temp reaches 160. Let cool 10 minutes.
