1.25 llbs or 20oz Catfish 36 medium or 14oz Shrimp2pks - 14oz ea Gumbo frozen vegs1/2 pks - (14oz pkg) Okra Frozen1 can Chicken Broth, fat free2 Cans DelMonte Stewed Tomatoes2 heaping Tbs Minced Garlic1 Tbs Chicken Ground Bouillion1 Tbs Beef Ground Bouillion2 Bay Leaves1/2 tsp Paprika3 tsp Richards Seasoning2 tsp Garlic Salt1 tsp cinnamonsprinkle of curry and oregano
Put all ingredients in large pot and simmer on top of stvove for a couple hours.
