italian turkey kielbasa and rice

Ingredients
1 cup Water1 cup Instant Brown Rice1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Tsp Minced Garlic1/2 Cup Diced Green Pepper1/2 Cup Diced White Onion1 oz. White Wine1 Can Cannellinni beans1 Can Diced Tomatoes w/ italian seasoning1 pkg Turkey Kielbasa1 Tsp Basil1 TBSP Oregano
Directions
In small pot heat 1 cup of water to boild and add 1 cup of brown rice, simmer low for 5 minutes.
Heat Olive oil in skillet.
Add Minced Garlic, Green peppers, onion and saute.
Stir in white wine until tender.
Add Cannellini bean, oregano, basil, tomatoes, and kielbasa. Simmer over a medium-low heat until hot throughout.

This Makes 6 Healthy 1 cup serving.
