Nana's Scotch Eggs

Ingredients
Ground turkey - 1 poundEggs - 4 largeBread crumbs - 4 ouncesgarlic - 2 cloves
Directions
Makes 4 servings.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
hard boil 4 large eggs.

Combine turkey meat, garlic, salt and pepper to taste and any other spice you like (I sometimes add chili flakes for spicy or rosemary for herby)

divide the meat into 4 balls
flatten each ball until it is large enough to be wrapped around the egg.
wrap the meat around the egg
roll in breadcrumbs
bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the meat is browned.
