Spice Muffins

Ingredients
Muffin:2 Cups Flour1/2 Tsp Salt1 Cup Milk3.5 Tsp Baking Powder1/2 Cup Sugar1 Large Egg1/3 Cup Melted Butter1/2 Tsp Nutmeg1/2 Tsp CinnamonTopping:2 Tbsp Brown Sugar1/4 Tsp Cinnamon1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

In mixing bowl sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon

In another bowl combine milk, egg and melted butter

Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened. Do not over mix.

Spoon into muffin tins.

Combine brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon for topping. Sprinkle on top of muffins.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
