Yummy Granola Treats

Ingredients
2 Cups Regular Oatmeal1 Cup "Quick" Oats1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 cup Slivered Almonds1/2 cup Raisins, not packed1/2 cup Craisins, not packed1/2 cup salted, roasted Sunflower Seeds1/2 cup Sesame Seeds1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed1 Stick (1/2 Cup) butter, salted, softened1/2 tsp Almond Extract1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 cup Maple Syrup1/2 cup Honey1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, sweetened1 large egg1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chip Morsels1/2 cup shredded coconut2 Cups mini marshmallowsPam
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. You will need a large lasagna-size baking pan (13" x 9") and Pam.

1. Run both oatmeals through your food processor til flour-like. Add cinnamon, almonds, raisins, craisins, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds. Process again briefly to coat and mix. Set mixture aside in a large bowl.

2. Use your processor again and mix the briown sugar, butter, almond & vanilla extracts, maple syrup, honey, almond milk, and egg. Stir this wet mixture in with the dry mixture you made earlier.

3. Stir in the mini morsels, coconut, and marshmallows. Press into greased pan, then bake 20 minutes.

4. Cool completely, then cut into 32 equal-sized portions.
