Cashew protein bars

Ingredients
2 cups cashews1/2 cup flax seed meal (ground flax)1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened1/4 cup whey protein powder1/2 cup cashew butter1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt1/2 cup coconut oil4 drops stevia1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
process first 6 ingredients in food processor until coarse. Melt coconut oil in separate bowl, then add rest of liquid ingredients to the oil. Pour into food processor and pulse until all ingredients are blended. Press into small rectangular baking dish and place in freezer for at least 1/2 hour. Remove and cut out 15 squares and keep in plastic bag in freezer. Can be eaten frozen...yummy! Best if kept cold.
