erika's garlic spinach turkey burger

Ingredients
4 oz shadybrook farms lean ground turkey 1g fresh spinach1t fresh minced garlic1t dried basil.5 Lg egg, beaten1t garlic salt10g 4C seasoned breadcrumbs1/4 cup yellow onion, choppedpam spray, as needed1t garlic salt
Directions
this makes one turkey burger...

-first you need to chop/mince (depends how you like it) the onion.
-in a frying pan, spray with the pam. add minced garlic and onion with 1t olive oil and sweat til the onions are transparent.
-add in the spinach and cook til wilted down.
-set aside and let cool.
-in a bowl mix the ground turkey, garlic salt, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, spinach mix, and basil til well combined.
-form a patty and place back into the pan you sauteed in. cook about 10 minutes, or til no longer pink in the middle (165 degrees).
