Linguine with Tarragon Vegetables

Ingredients
8 oz. uncooked Linguine12 oz. Asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces2 medium tomatoes chopped1/4 cup sliced green onions 2 tbsp fresh tarragon chopped2 tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp salt1 tsp finely grated lemon peel1/8 tsp black pepper1 garlic clove minced4 oz shredded Asiago cheese
Directions
1. In a large saucepan , cook linguine as directed on package, adding asparagus during last 4 to 6 minutes of cooking time.

2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl mix all ingredients except cheese.

3. Add ooked linguine and asparagus, toss gently to coat add cheese toss to mix.

Makes 4 (1 and 1/2 cup) servings
