Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)Basil, .5 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup (remove)*Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 8 oz (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
In a large skillet brown ground beef and chopped onion with garlic powder.
Add tomatoes, water, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, parsley, and salt and stir until it boils.
Stir in broken pieces of uncooked lasagna pasta. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Combine ricotta cheese, egg, and parmesan cheese and mix. Drop cheese mixture in tablespoon size droppings into the pasta mixture.
Cover and let simmer for 5 more minutes.
