Healthy Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 bag of redi express cole slaw mix1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup of cider or red wine vinegar1/4 cup of diced onion (red if you have it)
Directions
Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir. Dice onion (I prefer red) before adding. Also good with red wine vinegar. Very tasty, low calorie side dish. Best after 1 day in refrigerator.

Makes 6 1/2-cup servings.
