Sweet Pepper Pasta

1 lb. angel hair pasta2 (14 oz) cans diced tomatoes1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 tsp dry oregano1 tsp. dry basil1/4 tsp. dry thyme1 large red bell pepper - diced into bite size pieces2 large yellow bell peppers - diced into bite size pieces3 large garlic cloves, minced3 tbsp. olive oil1/4 cup white wine1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In separate pan, saute garlic in olive oil. Add peppers and tomatoes, spices and simmer until peppers are done. Add wine and cook for ten minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve pasta sauce over pasta and pass parmesan cheese.
Makes six 1-cup servings of sauce.
