Ingredients
1 b of boneless checken thighspaprika, groundblack pepper, groundoregano, groundred pepper, dicedcanned green chilischicken brothbrown ricetomato sauce
Directions
Season the chicken thighs with spices (oregano, paprika, black pepper) and brown in pot. Remove thighs and add red peppers and green chilis. Cook until soft and add the chicken thighs, brown rice, tomato sauce and chicken broth. Cook until rice is cooked.
