1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 1/4 quick whole oats1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp mutmeg1/2 tsp salt2 1/2 tsp baking soda2 large apples1 12-ounce can apple juice concentrate1/2 cup raisins2 tablespoons ground flax seed
Directions
mix together and pour into lightly oil-sprayed muffin tins. Bake 25-30 mins.
