Taboli salad

Ingredients
16 oz pkg Steakhouse Taboli Wheat2 bunches chopped green onions1 cucumber chopped5 c parsley chopped ( 2-3 bunches)3 c diced tomato1 bell pepper chopped1 tsp salt or salt substitute1/2 c canola oil1 1/2 c lemon juice
Directions
Rinse and drain taboli wheat and place in a large bowl. Add oil and lemon juice and set aside. Chop all the vegetables and add to the bowl. Add salt and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Stir occasionaly to blend flavors. Keeps well in refrigerator for a least a week.
Serving size 3/4 cup.
