Italian Veggie Saute with pasta

Ingredients
2 tsp Olive Oil1 cup Zucchini, sliced1 Cup broccoli, chopped1 cup cauliflower, chopped1/2 yellow onion1 red pepper, chopped1 pkg (8oz) sliced fresh mushrooms4 cloves garlic1 can diced tomatoes w/ basil and garlic4 oz Barilla Plus penne
Directions
Saute veggies in olive oil. Once cooked to taste, add can of diced tomatoes. Meanwhile, cook and drain pasta according to directions. Toss pasta w/ veggies.

May add 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese for extra protein for 44 extra calories. Also may top w/ one ounce of parmesan for 111 calories.
