Ingredients
cook the quinoa pasta till tender drain and coolcube the tofu,about half the blockchop the onion about a cup and 1 cup sweet red pepper and about 1/2c tomatoes and the celery and cucumber.open a can of black beans and drain also the bean sprouts and the water chestnuts add all the ingredients mix well now add the drained tuna and the the salad dressing stir and chill till cold.
