sweet and sour beef

Ingredients
500 grams lean beef strips1 medium onion2 large carrots0.5 cup snap peas0.5 cup yellow beans0.5 cup green beans0.25 cup water1 small can tomato paste (1 cup)0.5 cup water0.5 cup sugar0.5 cup white vinegar1 cup pineapple (5 slices cut up)0.5 cup pineapple juice1.5 cup diced tomatoes
Directions
Brown meat with onion. Gradually add in remaining ingredients and cook until carrots are soft (approx 20 mins)
Serve over rice.
