Raw Carrot Almond Cookies

Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Almond meal, 1 cup = 1 cup raw almonds*Agave (organic raw blue agave syrup - dark), 1 tbspWater if needed up to 1 cup.
place all in ingredients into a Food Processor and process until creamy - add a little water if needed for smoothness. Line your dehydrator tray - I like parchment paper best. Drop spoonfuls onto the tray and flatten into rounds. Dehydrate on 105 for 4-8 hours turning about half way to peel off the liner.
