Crockpot Tarragon Chicken

4 each chicken drumstick and thigh1 med-lg onion sliced4 cloves garlic peeled and sliced2 plum tomatoes diced1/3 cup tarragon vinegar2 tbsp tarragon (dried)1 tbsp dijon mustard3/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 cup heavy cream2 tbsp all purpose flour
remove skin from chicken. Mix all ingredients except heavy cream and flour in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours or until chicken is cooked through and onions are soft. Whisk heavy cream and flour in small bowl until smooth. Stir in some of the liquid from the crockpot, then stir mixture into crockpot. Turn crockpot to HIGH cover and cook for 25 more minutes until liquid thickens. ;
