Granola Muffins

Ingredients
2.5 tbsp butter2.5 tbsp applesauce2.5 tbsp splenda brown sugar3/4 c. sour skim milk1/4 c. egg substitute1c. flour1tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp baking soda1c. low fat granola
Directions
Mix butter, applsauce and brown sugar together. Add sour milk and egg substitute. Mix dry ingredients together, including granola then stir into wet ingredient. Fill greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
