Bulgur Stuffed Tomatoes

1 cup cooked bulger4 large tomatoes; tops cut off and scooped out(reserve 1/2 cup of tomato pulp and dice)1/4 cup finely chopped onion2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro1 tbsp lime juice1/2 pound ground pork60 grams grated monteray jack cheese
Prehet oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a small baking dish.
Brown pork in a pan. Add onions and cook until transparent. Remove from heat. In a mixing bowl combine the pork and onions with the bulgur, cilantro, lime juice and the tomato pulp. Stuff mixture into the tomatoes. Place in baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake for approx 30 minutes.
