tomato ~ 1C dicedwatermelon ~ 1C dicedcucumber ~ 1C peeled & dicedrice vinegar, seasoned ~ 4Tbsp, more or less to tasteSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Dice tomato, cucumber (peeled), & watermelon & mix together. Add seasoned rice vinegar & mix well. Add salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy!!!!
