Ingredients
2 oz Mussels2 oz Shrimp, cooked0.25 Cup Tofu, soft, cut into small cubes3 Clams, Small0.25 Cup Bamboo shoots, cut into small pieces3 Oz Cod (fish), cut into small pieces1 Small Scallions, raw, chopped0.25 Cup College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free1.5 Cup Water, tap1 Cup Rice, Cooked White long Grain0.25 Cup Summer Squash, sliced
Directions
1. Clean Mussels, Shrimp, & Clams.
2. Bring Chicken Broth & Water to a boil.
3. Add Seafood, Tofu and Veggies to Chicken Broth and cook until Mussels & Clams are cooked.
4. Serve with Cooked White Rice
