Fancy Spicy Brown Rice

Ingredients
2 cups brown rice2 cups stewed tomotoes, drain well1 cup parsley, chopped1 cup scallions, choppedsalt and pepper, to tastehot sauce, to taste
Directions
In a medium sauce pan, mix scallions and tomatoes. Allow to boil. Add parsley and seasonings.
In a different pan, cook brown rice as directed on box. Once rice is close to completely cooked, add in the tomato mixture. Cook combined for another 2-5 minutes depending on preferred texture.
