Rich Cream of Tomato Soup

Ingredients
Saute: 1 1/2 cups chopped onions 2 cloves crushed garlic 1 TBS butterAdd: 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp rosemary 1/2 tsp basil a little pepperAdd: 3 28 oz cans of Italian styled stewed tomatoes 3 TBS Sherry 1 TBS HoneyAdd: 4 oz diced cream cheese
Directions
Saute first three ingredients...add next 4 simmer a few more minutes....add the next three ingredients...cover and simmer 30-40 minutes. Lastly add the 4 oz of diced cream cheese..I always blend the soup to make it a smoother consisitency.
