1 C. Pine nuts4 C. Fresh basil, packed2 tbsp garlic, chopped1 C. fat-free Parmesan cheese, grated1/3 C. white cooking wine1/3 C. lemon juice1/2 C. fat-free chicken broth, low sodium1/2 tsp salt
1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and toast nuts, turning until golden brown.
2. In food processor, pure basil, toasted nuts, and garlic. Add parmesan cheese, wine, lemon juice, and chicken broth and process until blended. Ass salt to taste and blend. Server on pasta. chicken, seafood.
