Cook chicken, flake into smaller bits, add onions and mushrooms to cook.Lightly toast flat out bread in cast iron pan with pam spray. Flip and while toasting the other side, sprinkle cheese on top to melt.Add chicken mixture, roll fajita. Salsa on the side or put inside before rolling fajita.
