Banana Hummus

Ingredients
- ripe banana, mashed- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed- 1 T tahini- 1 T garlic, minced, dried, or powdered- 1 T lemon juice- 0.5 tsp cinnamon - 0.25 tsp each cumin and chili powder- a dash each of ground cloves, ginger, and nutmeg- water as needed
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, adding water and stirring as needed.

Makes about 12 servings (1 serving = 2 T).
