Ingredients
1 (2 1/2 lb) boneless beef round roast1 medium onion, sliced1/2 tsp salt1 tsp pepper2 cans (8oz) tomato sauce1 package Italian Salad dressing mix
Directions
Place the roast in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker. Add sliced onion and the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low setting for 7-8 hours.

    Absolutely delicious! Extremely tender and juicy. The tomato sauce mixed with the meat juices in the crock pot ends up an amazing gravy. I added 1 tsp of garlic powder and put all of the seasonings on the meat in the slow cooker and then added the onion and sauce. Cooked ~7.5 hours. - 1/19/15
