French Pasta Salad

Ingredients
For Salad:HazelnutsPenne PastaGreen BeansRoasted Red PeppersParsleyCapersGoat CheeseDressingOlive OilBalsamic Vinegar (or Red Wine Vinegar works)Dijon MustardShallotsTarragonBasilSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oven to 325 and roast hazelnuts 15 min. Rub in towel once cooled to loosen skins

Add pasta to salted boiling water and cook until 'al dente"

Steam greenbeans in steamer basket for 3 minutes and rinse to stop cooking process

In a large serving bowl, wisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard,shallots (chopped) , tarragon, & basil (chopped)

Add pasta, green beans, toasted hazelnuts, roasted red peppers and toss to combine. Sprinkle with parsley and capers and sprinkle goat cheese around. Serve at either room temperature or slightly chilled
