Ingredients
Strawberries, fresh, .4 pint as purchased, yields Blueberries, fresh, .5 pint as purchased, yields Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, large Banana, fresh, 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) *Body Fortress 100% Whey Protien (Vanilla)--1 scoop, 3.75 serving *Benefiber Tablets, 5 serving *Yogurt- Yoplait Light Red Velvet Cake, 6 oz *Yogurt - Yoplait light thick and creamy Cherry Cobbler, 1 serving 8 oz. water
Directions
Put ingredients into a blender, and blend for 5 minutes. Chill and serve in an 8 oz glass.
