8 (approx. 1 oz. ea.) boneless, skinless chicken tender strips1/3 c. liquid egg1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
Preheat oven to about 375 degrees. Place panko bread crumbs in one dish (a pie dish works very well) and the liquid eggs in a separate dish. Take chicken tenders and dredge through the liquid egg and then coat with the panko bread crumbs. Place in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Depending on the oven, it may take about 35-40 minutes.
