Pineapple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
3 lb pork tenderloin2 Tbsp brown sugar1/2 tsp Italian seasoning1/2 tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp black pepper3 Tbsp cornstarch2 garlic cloves, chopped1 orange bell pepper, seeded & sliced1 red bell pepper, seeded & sliced2 Tbsp soy sauce1/2 c apple juice16 oz frozen cubed pineapple
Directions
Combine meat, sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and cornstarch in plastic zip-lock bag. Seal and shake well to coat. Pour contents of bag into the slow cooker. Add the garlic and peppers. Pour in the soy sauce, apple juice, and frozen pineapple. Cover & Cook on low for 7-9 hours, or on high for 4-6. Serve with rice or pasta (not included in nutritional info.)
