*Quiona- Traditional, 1 cup (remove)*Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup (remove)*Urad Dal, 1 cup (remove)Uncle Toby's, Brans & Oats: Oats, Traditional, 4 serving \
Directions
1.Soak all mentioned ingredients overnight
2.Grind in morning with minimum water
3.put it covered in warm place to ferment
4.add salt
5.steam it in idli vessal
6.Serve with Sambhar chutniy
