Grilled Rainbow Trout

Ingredients
4 fillets of Rainbow Trout1clove of crushed garlic1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 fl. oz. of lemon juice1tsp. of paprikaFresh Dill - to tastesalt pepper
Directions
Rinse fillets and pat dry. Place fillets on foil and drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice. Spread dill, garlic and paprika. Season with salt and pepper (optional).

Put on med. heated BBQ and grill for approx. 10 minutes or until fish easily flakes.
