Whole Wheat Cranberry Pecan Scones

Ingredients
2 c. whole wheat pastry flour1 c. pecans2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 1/4 c low fat vanilla yogurt2 tbsp canola oil1 tsp orange zest2/3 c dried sweetened cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.

Mix together all dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl whisk together all wet ingredients.

Mix wet into the dry with the cranberries until just moist... do not over mix.

Press into a greased 9" round pan and score the dough into 16 equal triangles. Bake for 20-25 mins until lightly browned.
