Baked River Cobbler and Mash

Ingredients
Vietnamese River Cobbler 250gScallions 5Celery 1 large stalkCanned Crushed Tomato 4 TbspLemon Juice 2 TbspCider or Malt Vinegar 2 TbspGarlic Powder 1 tspFrench style green beans 2 cupsMashed Potato 2 cups
Directions
Makes Two servings

Place fish in a dish then cover with finely chopped celery and scallions.
Mix Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Tomato and Garlic powder then pour over fish and let stand for a little while.
Drain off liquid then parcel the fish, celery and scallion into a foil parcel and oven cook at 200c for 15 to 20 mins.
Serve with Mashed Potato and beans.
