Ingredients
1 Tbsp bacon grease or oil2 potatoes, cleaned with skins, cubed bite size1/2 med. onion choppedgarlic salt to tastepepper to taste
Directions
Heat bacon grease in small skillet over med. heat. Add potatoes and onions; season with garlic salt and pepper. Cook on medium-low 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender; stirring occasionally.
