Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 cans black beans, drained, about 30 oz1 (15 oz) can corn, drained2 Roma tomatoes1/4 cup diced red bell pepper1/4 cup diced green onions1/4 cup diced pineapple1 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves1 jalapeno, seeded and minced4 tbsp sherry vinegarJuice of 1/2 lime3 tbsp honey1 tbsp salt1 tsp black pepperpinch ground cumin
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.

When I made this, I didn't have any honey, so I used 2 tbsp of agave nectar instead. also, I used red wine vinegar instead of sherry vinegar.
