Garlic & Onion Pork & Beans with Feta Cheese

1 tsp Olive Oil3 oz. Pork cut into bite sized pieces1/2 large onion, roughly chopped1 tsp minced garlic1/2 cup cooked navy beans2 tbsp feta cheesefew shakes of parsley**salt to taste**
put olive oil in pan and add onions. Cook until just starting to caramelize.
Meanwhile, put pork with garlic & a few shakes of parsley in a baggie, mix together well.
When onions have almost caramelized, add pork and cook until pork is done.
Add beans, stir well, until mixture is hot.
Turn off heat, put Feta on top and cover, let sit until feta softens/melts, stir well, serve.
