Stir Fry Rice

Ingredients
1 1lb. shrimp2 C cooked brown ricescallions, chopped1 C peas and carrots, defrosted4 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Remove shells from shrimp.
Cook brown rice.
Cook shrimp in olive oil and cook until shrimp turned pink.
Add chopped scallions and peas and carrots. Cook about 5 mins., stirring occassionally.
Add cooked rice to pan.
Stir in 4 tbsp soy sauce.
Cook about 5 minutes until seasoning has mixed with rice.
