3c Penne Pasta cooked & drained2 Salmon Steaks2 Portobella Muchrooms, diced1 large yellow onion, diced 4tsp garlic, minced1 stick butter, as needed4T soy sauce1 jar Ragu Classic Alfredo Sauce1c water
Broil 2 salmon steaks seasoned with 1T of soy sauce on each side until done. Whilst that is cooking, saute diced garlic, mushrooms, and onions in butter in saute pan. Put into bowl and use the same pan to cook pasta. Once pasta is cooked and drained, add back the mushrooms and noodles to the pan. Add pasta sauce, rising the jar with 1c of water. Flake the salmon and add to the pasta. Heat through and servve with lettuce salad
