Ingredients
1 c quiona.25 c brown rice.5 c carrots, shredded.5 c zuccini, shredded1 c onion2 tbs garlic.5 c bread crumb1.5 c parsley.25 c parmesean cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients (cooked quiona, cooked rice, cooked zuccini, cooked carrots, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, parsley and cheese) into a bowl.

Take ingredients and mold into patties. Cook on skillet until sides are brown. (no need to cook long if all ingredients are pre-cooked.)
