Greek Pasta Salad

*Brown Rice Penne Pasta, 3 cup (remove)* trader joes artichoke hearts canned, 6 serving (remove)*Athenos Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese (.25 cup), 1.5 cup (remove)*California Sun Dry Sun Dried Tomatoes, Julienne Cut (.5 oz, 6 servings/bag), 6 serving (remove)*Kalamata Olives (1 serving = 8 olives), 5 serving (remove)*fresh basil (serving=2 tbsp), 5 serving (remove)*Alessi Balsamic Vinegar, 6 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)*Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 3 tsp (remove)
Cook pasta, drain and chill.
While pasta is cooking mix olive oil, red pepper flakes, and balsamic vinegar and any other dried spice your prefer in a large bowl.
Chop onion, olives, basil and artichokes. Add to vinegar and oil mixture. Add Sun dried tomatoes.
Toss in oil.
Add Pasta and cheese. Toss some more.
Chill....best if chilled overnight, but it is good at any time.
Feel free to fool around with spices and ingredients, to find your favorite taste combination.
