Macaroni Salad

Milk, canned, evaporated, 2 fl oz Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 cup Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Hard Boiled Egg, 6 large *Macaroni, enriched, 6 cup elbow shaped
Cook macaroni according to directions. Run under cold water and set aside to cool. Boil 6 eggs until they are hard boiled and set aside to cool. Chop onions and celery set aside. Mix mayonnaise and evaporated milk. Add any seasonings you would like (salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paparika, etc). Then place vegetables in with the macaroni and add mayonnaise mixture to it. Mix well. Slice hardboiled eggs and add to macaroni salad. Mix carefully, chill and serve.
